Hi, I'm Matt Haven — a passionate and detail-driven real estate professional with a background that sets me apart. Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent years managing large apartment communities, overseeing more than 400 units at a time. That experience gave me a deep understanding of contracts, housing operations, and what it takes to keep people happy in their homes. When the last property I managed was sold, I saw it as the perfect moment to follow my long-time goal of becoming a realtor.

After earning my license, I connected with several local brokerages and found my home at Cobalt Realty. I hit the ground running with new build homes, and now I'm proud to work directly with clients — helping them sell their properties and find homes that match their dreams. While I may be newer to the industry, my foundation in property management gives me a strong edge.
